American Hearth Month is for all ages. Heart disease and stroke are preventable.  Here are some helpful tips to stay on top of your health.1. Don’t Smoke, if you’re already a smoker, do your best to quit.2. Make heart healthy diet decisions (low in trans-fat, saturated fat, sodium, and added sugar. 3. Avoid a sedentary lifestyle, include daily physical activity for at least 30 minutes a day.
